Today, Christian officially became our son. We have waited for this day for too long. Each moment was wonderful and surreal and filled with complete joy. He is such a gift and we just cannot get over that he is really ours!
Today, we officially became parents and it feels great! We will never forget the moment that we saw him in person for the first time.
Unfortunately...
We had some trouble with our digital camera. It was so hot and humid that the lens kept fogging up and it also seemed that the focus on the camera was hampered by the humidity. We took many pictures, but so many were too blurry to be useable. But, we did get lots of video and it turned out great. Mark is working on (you all know him) his masterpiece.This could take a few days, but bare with us...
In the above photos, Christian is with his nanny and Mark is carrying him on the way home. We will find some kind hearts to take some of the three of us and we will post them soon. Love, Mary, Mark, and Christian
